Overview
The Wildlife Alliance for Youth (WAY) contests offer opportunities for 4-H and FFA students to apply their knowledge of wildlife management through identifying plant species, proper habitat management practices, safety procedures, game laws, management techniques as well as compass and pacing skills. WAY contests are held in the five Texas State Soil and Water Conservation areas across the state. For area contest dates, please contact your local Soil and Water Conservation District.
