Project Goals/Objectives: Provide guidance and technical assistance to the Texas State Soil and Water Conservation Board (TSSWCB) with regard to animal feeding operations on the water quality management plan (WQMP) program, state and federal rule and statute interpretations, environmental requirements to satisfy state regulatory requirements and water quality standards, and revisions to the Memorandum of Understanding between the TSSWCB and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
